Terms of Use
The rules for using VORT read-only data, wallet preferences, and the public reward-flow interface.

1. Service description
VORT publishes a verifiable, read-only view of reward Epochs, public contract evidence, direct USDC payments and supported token swaps on Arc, bridged Stock Token purchases on Robinhood Chain, and distribution status. The interface is an information and preference tool; it is not a bank, broker, custodian, or investment adviser.
2. Public data and availability
Data comes from public blockchains and upstream providers. Block reorganizations, provider outages, delayed indexing, and bridge or market delays can temporarily make a field unavailable. The latest displayed value is not a promise that a transaction will complete.
3. Wallet and transaction responsibility
You are responsible for the wallet, network, gas, signatures, and transactions you approve. Check the destination, amount, chain, and contract before signing. VORT will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. A signed transaction may be irreversible.
4. Preferences and Epochs
A signed reward asset preference is intended for the next Epoch that has not yet been created and is frozen according to the published Epoch rules. A preference does not guarantee an allocation, price, fill, reward, or distribution. Eligibility and accounting follow the snapshot and evidence shown on the relevant Epoch page.
5. Reward assets
Reward assets include supported Arc tokens and Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, as represented by the configured contracts and providers. The Stock Tokens are not shares of a company, do not convey voting rights or ownership of the underlying issuer, and may have no secondary market or liquidity. Do your own review before using any asset.
6. Prohibited use
Do not attack, overload, scrape at an abusive rate, bypass access controls, impersonate another user, or use the service to violate applicable law. We may limit access when required to protect the service or its users.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the protocol, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you have read the revised terms. Questions can be raised through the official VORT community channels linked in the footer.
