Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the VORT website, public API, wallet preference tools, and reward-flow pages served from vort.bot. It does not change the privacy policy of any linked third-party site or wallet.

2. Public blockchain data

Arc and Robinhood Chain transactions are public by design. We may index wallet addresses, block numbers, transaction hashes, token balances, reward receipts, and contract events so that Epoch results can be reconciled and displayed.

A wallet address is treated as a public identifier for this service. Blockchain data cannot be edited or erased by VORT after it has been confirmed onchain.

3. Wallet connection and preferences

Connecting a wallet is optional. When you connect, the site receives the selected account and chain from your wallet provider. A signed preference can associate that address with a reward asset choice on Arc or Robinhood Chain for a future Epoch; the private key never leaves your wallet and VORT does not ask for a seed phrase.

4. Cookies and local settings

The site stores a small locale preference and theme preference in your browser so the interface opens in the language and appearance you selected. These settings do not grant transaction permission and can be cleared from your browser at any time.

5. Service providers and caching

Public data may be read through Arc RPC, QuickNode Streams, Robinhood Chain providers, bridge providers, market providers, and a server-side cache. Cached values are labelled with their source and update time; a missing upstream value is shown as unavailable rather than invented.

6. Security and retention

The service keeps operational logs, signed preference records, and Epoch evidence only for reconciliation, incident recovery, and public auditability. We restrict access to operational systems and do not request passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

7. Your choices

You can browse public pages without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect your wallet, clear local settings, and stop using the preference tool. Because blockchain records are public and immutable, a request cannot remove confirmed onchain data.
